Objectives: to support the sales team and deliver operational excellence in the areas of Customer operations, through e- Business, Automation and Supply Chain Integration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES SUPPORT
Support sales manager and accounts manager in their roles.
SAP TESTING
- Coordinate successful implementations and system (SAP) testing
- Support translations and data validation on system (SAP) testing.
DATA MANAGEMENT
- Resolve end-user issues & work requests
- Ensure data integrity between applications
AUTOMATION DEVELOPMENT
- Perform testing and data cleansing
- Plan together with the IT Dept all the roll-outs/updates in the system.
